The luxurious amenities at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. the massage services were top quality, particularly the full body massage which left us feeling refreshed and relaxed. the in-room breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

While the location was excellent for sightseeing, our room faced the street and was quite noisy at night. the back massage service could also use improvement in terms of technique and quality compared to the full body massage.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the train station. The room size was bigger compared to other hotels in Tokyo, great for a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and were pretty good too meet our needs.

The hotel had some rigid rules regarding key cards and towels. This may have been for security purposes, but it felt a bit inconvenient.

As a family with kids, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right opposite the main station in the central business area. We were close to everything and could easily explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for us and the kids. The service was outstanding, with friendly and efficient staff always ready to assist us. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious fruits and juices. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the city from the main elevator.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel did not have a fitness or spa facility, which would have been a nice addition to our stay.

Our overnight stay was very good. The rooftop garden was beautiful and the room - larger than anticipated with all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed with thoughtful touches. Great location for easy access to Tokyo Station. highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business travelers. It's near the mall and opposite the main station, with easy access to Narita airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a double bed and a good-sized bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful with great customer service. The breakfast has a limited but good selection, including a Japanese-style breakfast that is amazing. The lobby is attractive, and there are multiple high-quality food and drink outlets inside.

The hotel's strict checkout policy could be more flexible for international visitors.
